- Cable pulley on the wall, bench on wheels, dumbbells from 4 to 20 kg, 9 m² of floor underneath. Four components that together cover a complete strength workout.
Monolit wall pulley station – cable pulley in 21 cm of depth
- 197 cm high, 21 cm wall depth – fits under low ceilings and into rooms where no free-standing machine will go
- Two weight stacks of 60 kg each in 24 plates of 2.5 kg, 2:1 ratio – giving very fine increments, also for small muscle groups that need little resistance
- Two guide pulleys on 26 laser-engraved height points, all cable pulleys in aluminium for an easy run
- Included: two single handles, triceps rope, short pull bar and ankle strap
- Over twenty exercises, from butterfly and Face Pulls through Lat Pulldown and rows to Wood Choppers and Cable Crunches – central grip bar for extra stability
B6 Weight Bench – 30 positions, tested to 750 kg
- 30 adjustment combinations: six back angles from −20° to +85°, five seat angles from 0° to 20°
- Tested to 750 kg load capacity, 3 mm steel – in a machine it takes more than a tonne of pressure to deform the profile
- 138 cm pad length, usable for people up to 2 m tall
- 7 cm padding in three layers of different firmness, mesh cover with good grip and high breathability
- With wheels and a handle for repositioning; stainless Würth bolts and double powder coating
QUAD dumbbells 2 × 20 kg – change the weight in 10 seconds
- Loosening the knurled thumb screw by 2 cm is enough – no dismantling as on a classic dumbbell
- 4 to 20 kg per dumbbell in 2 kg steps (8 plates of 2 kg plus 2 plates of 1 kg)
Plates linked by two safety pins each, similar to tongue and groove – no rattle, no slipping out - Square design: stable footing for Renegade Rows, smooth flanks for resting on your thighs before incline or shoulder press

- Two protective layers: fine granulate with 0.8 mm grain on top for grip, coarse granulate with 3 mm underneath for cushioning and sound insulation
- Passed drop tests with 90 kg Bumper Plates from 50 cm height, breaking resistance 4.4 MPa, resistant to sharp-edged plates
- Material density 232 kg/m³ – the mats stay put under their own weight; no gluing or fixing needed
- Lower layer free of dyes, leaves no marks on parquet, tiles or laminate; suitable for underfloor heating and UV-resistant
