- Our R7 Spotter Arms protect you, especially during heavy exercises such as squats, bench press, and the military press
- In case of muscle fatigue, you can simply set the weight down on the Safety Spotter Arms, completely avoiding drops or even injuries
- The 15 mm thick protective plates on top, made of extremely durable plastic, prevent wear on the coating and knurling of the barbell
- At 47 cm long – measured from the upright – the Spotter Arms deliberately stay low profile: they stick out less far, take up noticeably less space in the rack and in the room, and are much easier to set aside and store when you don't need the attachment. For squats, bench press and military press this length covers the bar's path of travel more than safely
- If you don't want this safety device to add extra depth to your rack, you can just as easily mount it inside the cage
- They can be removed and attached in just a few steps, so any height adjustment is done in seconds
- Spotter Arms keep you safe in case of muscle failure, and for many exercises they serve as the starting position (squat, military press)
