• This set includes our KSK Multi-Press with 2 x 90 kg weight stacks and the B2 Fullbody with the matching attachments for arm and leg training
• The B2 ArmMaster attachment lets you vary the resistance profile of your biceps curls and train your arm flexors effectively
• Because your upper arms stay fixed in place, isolation increases and more targeted muscle growth is possible
• This attachment can be especially helpful for beginners too, because the movement is stabilized and correct form is easier to learn
• B2 LegMaster is an attachment for the B2 Weight Bench that gives you effective, versatile leg training
• Targeting the quads on leg extensions and the hamstrings on leg curls lets you train these muscle groups in isolation

The crossover cable pulley is the heart of this Multi-Press

• Ball-bearing pulleys deliver smooth precision on every exercise
• With a 1:1 ratio, exactly the resistance you select on the weight stack arrives at the guide pulleys
• You can either use both cables separately, for exercises like cable flys, biceps curls, triceps pushdowns, rear delt flys, lateral raises or the Pallof press
• Or you can connect both cable pulleys with the included dual pull bar and do exercises like lat pulldowns, seated rows, cable deadlifts or cable squats

Smith Machine with 50 mm barbell included

• With the Smith Machine and its integrated Olympic barbell you can train plenty of muscle groups without needing a separate free barbell as well
• Advanced lifters train on the Smith Bar as safely as in a commercial gym even under heavy loads, because you can rack the bar at any time on one of the 11 pins or on the height-adjustable safety supports
• For beginners, the simplified movement path on the Smith Machine makes it possible to learn demanding exercises such as incline bench or shoulder press, squats or deadlifts with a minimized risk of injury
• The Smith Machine runs on linear ball bearings, which guarantees smooth travel and matches the highest quality level in the fitness industry
