R5 Combat Power Rack Basic Equipment

• The Pull-Up Bar is 32 mm in diameter, ideal for an ergonomic grip
• The bar is fully knurled for plenty of grip
• The rear upright is made entirely of chrome and is therefore resistant to impacts and scratches
• The second cable at the lower end of the Lat Pulldown machine can be used in many ways for biceps curls, triceps exercises and rowing
• The 32 mm triceps bar included in delivery is knurled for a better grip
• With a maximum load capacity of 700 kg you stay within the prescribed floor load limits for apartments
• The Plate Load Lat Pulldown and the rowing unit transfer the weight without loss
• The optionally available leg blocker lets you perform heavy pull-ups at the Lat Pulldown station
• The Safety Arms in front of the R5 Combat Power Rack are rated for loads up to 600 kg
• They are attached with spring pins and are easy to adjust
• Ball bearings run quietly
• The frame is made of matte chrome, resistant to impacts from the weights
  
• The pins at the rear of the Power Rack can hold an average of 5 to 10 weight plates per side
• Unlike rigid steel safety arms (Pin Pipes), the Safety Straps can be mounted at different heights on the Power Rack
• That way you can protect your head or neck during bench press, should the barbell slip in a moment of inattention
  
• The load limit per strap (per side) is 550 kg, and comparable straps are used on industrial cranes
• Build shoulder, chest and arm muscle with dips and torso exercises on the Dip Station

• Even during dynamic calisthenics exercises the R5 Combat Power Rack stays rock-steady
• To create additional counterweight, the J-Hooks on the rear uprights can be heavily loaded

Power Rack Accessories

• You can mount a second barbell on the rear J-Hooks of the R5 Combat Power Rack at the same time
• That saves you shifting weights and weight plates around and lets you switch quickly between combination exercises
• So you can switch quickly and without changing weights between shoulder press and bench press in the rack cage
• Combine the Pull-Up Bar with resistance bands as pulling assistance to work step by step toward a full pull-up
• At the front of the Power Cage you can mount our ATLETICA suspension trainer and perform exercises for core and shoulders
