- Mount the landmine to the lower section of your R7 rack for a compact training attachment that stays out of the way when not in use.
- The sleeve has a diameter of 52 mm and a length of 24 cm.
- The fixed pivot creates a stable anchor point for guided movements such as T-bar rows, shoulder presses, rotational core exercises, and single-arm clean and jerks. By securing one end of the barbell, the landmine provides greater control during explosive movements.
- Add a second landmine for bilateral training, or pair it with compatible handles in different grip widths and angles to expand your exercise selection and vary your workouts.
