Cable Pulley Attachment for the R7 Series
- Easy mounting on the upright of the R7 Power Rack, Half Rack, or Squat Rack
- Tool-free attachment of the upper pulley holder (just like J-Hooks or Safety Spotters)
- Convenient loading at working height thanks to a secure locking-pin stop for the weight carriage
- Two side sleeves for 50 mm weight plates with a maximum load capacity of 250 kg
- Smooth, frictionless gliding motion via two ball-bearing guide rollers right on the upright
- Extremely robust pull via a quad-coated steel cable for single- and dual-arm handles
- A wide range of exercises from above: lat pulldowns, pullovers, single-arm lat pulldowns, Face Pulls, triceps pushdowns, Cable Flys, and core training (crunches, wood choppers)
- Clever bonus function as a unilateral Smith Machine by simply removing the sleeve (ergonomic grip diameter)
- Optional expansion to a dual Cable Pulley when both uprights are equipped (for Pec Flys, Reverse Flys, Dual Curls)
- Note: delivered without triceps rope and weight plates
