• This set is aimed at trainees who already own 50 mm weights and a barbell and want to expand their training space with a versatile strength station and a versatile Weight Bench
• It includes our SEK, a high-quality plate-loaded strength station in which your weight plates act as training weights and replace the weight stack
• The machine combines a Power Rack with a Smith Machine and a dual Cable Pulley
• The SEK is complemented by the B2 Weight Bench and the ArmMaster and LegMaster attachments
• The B2 ArmMaster lets you train your biceps in isolation
• Because the upper arms are fixed, the isolation effect is increased and more targeted muscle building is possible
• This attachment can also be especially helpful for beginners, since the movement is stabilized and correct exercise execution is easier to learn
• With the B2 LegMaster, effective and versatile leg training is possible
• The targeted engagement of the quadriceps during leg extensions and the hamstrings during leg curls – lying or standing – enables isolated training of these muscle groups

Dual Cable Pulley

• The crossover Cable Pulley is the heart of this machine. Its ball-bearing pulleys ensure smooth precision in all exercises
• With a 1:1 ratio, exactly the resistance force you have loaded in the form of your weight plates arrives at the guide pulleys, so the finest gradations are possible.
• On one hand, you can use both cables separately, for exercises like Cable Flys, biceps curls, triceps pushdowns, rear delt flys, lateral raises, or Pallof press
• On the other hand, with the included dual bar you can also connect both cables and perform exercises like Lat Pulldowns, seated rows, Cable Deadlifts, or Cable Squats
• The two guide pulleys can each be adjusted vertically to 17 laser-engraved height points, so you can effortlessly find the right starting position for each exercise

Smith Machine with ⌀50 mm Barbell

• With the Smith Machine and the integrated Olympic barbell, you can train many muscle groups without needing an additional free barbell
• Pros train on the Smith Bar safely even at high weights, just like in the gym, since you can rack the bar at any time on one of the 11 pins or the height-adjustable safety catches
• It is also easier to perform an isolated movement and effectively stimulate the target muscles, since the weight is guided almost exclusively vertically
• For beginners, this simplified movement also offers the chance to learn demanding exercises like incline bench or shoulder press, squats, or deadlifts with minimized risk of injury
• The Smith Machine has linear ball bearings, guaranteeing smooth operation and meeting the highest quality standard in the fitness sector
